Hannah. Abstract painting. Acrylic and emulsion paint on paper. (59.4cm x 89.1cm). A painting of my friend Hannah, exploring how to use synesthesia in my work. My mind associates my closest friends and family, words, letters, numbers, and music with colours and shape.
Construction produced in 3D workshop. Spot-welded wire, insulated wire, rubber sheet, plaster, textile, clay, string. Approx. (L x W x H) (20cm x 20cm x 35cm). My favourite piece from the workshop-based part of my foundation course, this was a response to Reto Pulfer’s Gewasserzeiten at Spike Island, Bristol. October 2015.
